| Megan | Student, English major | United States of America | I got to see the musical version of Romeo and Juliet at the Ordway in St. Paul, MN. |
| Suzanne | Actor | USA | I'm not sure that it's so unusual, but when I was playing Titania in "Dream" a few years back, the actor who understudied Oberon was a royal bastard. When we had to kiss at the end, he so disgusted me, that I came offstage each night and washed my mouth out! |
| Titania | college student | usa | After spending about a month on Shakespeare, I find myself thinking in rhyming couplets... |
| Virginia | actor | USA/U.K. | Got to play Fool opposite Jason Isaacs and Jared Harris at drama school; got to kiss ass as Titania |
| GrumioAdamDukeOrsinoJusticeShallow | Scrivener | heavens&earth | I played the role of the old manservant Adam in the Summer 2002 Shakespeare production of As You Like It at Antioch College (Bootcamp of the Revolution), in Yellow Springs. I was made up as a clown with bowler hat and big bow tie, etc. Doing a pratfall first performance, hurt my rear end / tail bone / coccyx, performed with a pillow in my pants for the rest of the two-weekend run, it was lots of fun to perform after a 7 year hiatus from acting. |
